The quality of Life of your fur baby will be the heart of our discussion, looking at it through their eyes. Rarely is there is a “Perfect” time to move forward with euthanasia. Rather, there is a “Window of Time” when a gentle passage is a loving option. We will help you discover where you are in this “Window of Time”.
Remote Vet Exam
Key facets of your pet’s condition will be assessed and discussed including appetite, potty control, mobility, activity, comfort, sleep, and overall quality of life.
* When the bad days outnumber the good days, then it’s often time to honor their love and loyalty with a gentle passage.
Gentle Euthanasia
Pre-euthanasia sedation
An injection with a small needle under the skin that is calming and helps a gentle passage
Euthanasia
Roughly 15 minutes after the Pre-euthanasia sedation, this final injection in a vein completes the passage within one or two minutes
Clay Paw
Clay paw provided, if desired (one clay paw included in euthanasia fee)

Gentle Pet Passages PLLC is not a pet cemetery or crematorium, does not itself provide such services, and is not affiliated with Pet Passages, Inc. or its franchisees. Also, FOND MEMORIES is not associated with Pet Passages, Inc. or its franchisees.
Cremation services are available to your family through FOND MEMORIES Pet Cemetery & Crematorium in honor of your pet’s memory. Gentle Pet Passages PLLC will humbly assist in the coordination, transport, and selection of the best cremation package for your family during this sensitive time. That said, if you choose to bury your own pet, please carefully check your city’s rules and regulations.
FOND MEMORIES offers two types of cremation packages. Please click on the private or communal cremation tab below for details.
Private cremation provides you with the opportunity to keep your pet’s cremated remains as a permanent and personal keepsake. When you choose private cremation, your treasured pet will be the only pet in the cremation chamber during the cremation process. When the cremation process is complete, they ensure that you receive only the cremated remains of your pet.

*Private cremation package includes the choice of standard urns (see photos below), an engraved name plate,
a clay paw (with stand) created at the crematory, and delivery to your primary care veterinarian within two weeks. You can also pick up at the crematory (when contacted) or have delivered to your home by UPS ($35).
With communal cremation, your pet is gently placed into the crematory together with other pets. When the cremation process is complete, the communal remains are collected and placed in a communal burial lot at one of their pet cemeteries.
No cremated remains are returned to you when you choose a communal cremation. You will be provided a clay paw during appointment, if desired.

* Only one clay paw is included in home burials, communal cremation, or private cremation service packages.
* Additional clay paw prints are $50 each.
* Fond Memories offers a wide variety of memorial options and products (i.e., non-standard urns and jewelry), cemetery with private burials, and online memorials. Currently, cremation viewing is not allowed due to ongoing renovations. Any selections outside our standard packages are an additional cost that is coordinated with and paid directly to Fond Memories.
